This Privacy Policy explains how CalistElite ("CalistElite", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses and shares your personal information when you visit our online store, create an account, apply for a certification or make a purchase (together, the "Services").

Information we collect
Information you give us

Contact and account details: name, email address, phone number and the details of your customer account.
Order details: billing and shipping addresses, the products you order and your order history. Payments are handled by our payment processors. We never see or store your full card number.
Certification applications: the name or nickname you use, the email address you shop with, the certification level you apply for, and the link to the video you send us (for example on YouTube or Instagram).
Messages: anything you include when you contact us by email, through our contact form or by direct message.
Information collected automatically

When you use our store, we and Shopify collect device and usage information through cookies and similar technologies. This can include your IP address, browser type, the pages you view and how you interact with the store. See Shopify's cookie policy for details.

How we use your information
To process, print, ship and deliver your orders, and to handle returns or issues with an order.
To review certification applications and unlock the collections for your level on your customer account.
To list certified athletes on our Certified Athletes page, using only the name or nickname and country you agree to show (see below).
To answer your questions and provide customer support.
To send you marketing emails, only if you subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
To keep our store secure, prevent fraud and meet our legal obligations.
Certified Athletes page
If you are certified, we may show your name or nickname, your certification level and your country flag on our public Certified Athletes page. We will ask before listing you, and you can ask us to change or remove your listing at any time. We do not publish your email address, your address or your video on that page.

Who we share your information with
We only share your information with the service providers we need to run the store:

Shopify, which hosts our store and processes our orders. See Shopify's privacy policy.
Printify and its print providers, which print and ship our products. When you order, we share your name, shipping address, email address, phone number (if provided) and the items ordered so they can fulfil and deliver it. See Printify's privacy policy.
Payment processors (such as Shopify Payments, PayPal or others shown at checkout), which handle your payment securely.
Shipping carriers, which receive your name and address to deliver your order.
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, our customers or the public.

We do not sell your personal information.

International transfers
We are based in Canada. Our service providers, including Shopify, Printify and their print and shipping partners, may store and process your information in other countries, such as the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those where you live.

How long we keep your information
We keep order information for as long as needed to fulfil orders and meet tax and accounting requirements. We keep certification records for as long as your certification is active, or until you ask us to delete them.

Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, to withdraw consent, or to object to certain uses. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity before responding. If you're not satisfied with our answer, you can contact your local privacy authority (in Canada, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada).

Children
Our store is not intended for children under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Security
We use the security measures provided by Shopify and our service providers to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it was last changed.
